Kimberly A. Sanford, Partner
Ms. Sanford has extensive experience in all phases of conflict resolution from informal negotiations to complex litigation and currently handles commercial and environmental matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients. Much of Ms. Sanford’s practice relates to petroleum marketing and sales and includes franchise disputes, claims under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act, landlord-tenant dealings, regulatory issues, construction disputes and general defense matters.
In addition, Ms. Sanford has experience defending civil rights claims made on behalf of inmates against municipalities. As a result of that work, Ms. Sanford has become familiar with New York Correction Law. Subsequent to working for the firm as both a paralegal and law clerk, Ms. Sanford joined the firm as an Associate in September 2006. She became a Partner in the firm effective January 1, 2016.
