Ms. Lipnick graduated from Marist College in 2012, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Environmental Policy and a minor in Global Studies. After completing her studies a Marist College, Ms. Lipnick worked as an environmental consultant at Kleinfelder East, Inc. During that time, Ms. Lipnick advised clients on New York and New Jersey laws and regulations relating to site remediation and, more specifically, worked with LSRPs to remediate retail gasoline stations and dry cleaners in New Jersey. Ms. Lipnick also performed environmental field inspections on active utility projects and drafted wetland permits in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Ms. Lipnick then attended Pace University School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2016, with an Environmental Law Certificate and a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Law.

While in law school, Ms. Lipnick worked as a Legal Extern and Student Researcher for the Pace Land Use Law Center where she conducted legal research relating to local environmental laws.  She was also a member of the Pace International Law Review where she served on the Editorial Board during her third year as an Articles Editor.  Ms. Lipnick spent her first summer in law school working as a Legal Extern at the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Site Remediation Enforcement, and her second summer in law school working as a Legal Intern at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation.  

Ms. Lipnick worked as a Law Clerk for the firm during her third year of law school and joined the firm as an Associate in September 2016. She is admitted to the State Bar of New York, the State Bar of New Jersey, the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Bar of the State of New Hampshire. Ms. Lipnick currently handles commercial, corporate, environmental and land use matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients.
